From first driving by and viewing the model home to the closing almost 7-8 months later, Tri-pointe Homes kept us informed and stayed on track with the building of the home (even with COVID 19 pandemic. Cary Garner (Tri-Pointe Sales Representative) was wonderful to work with and his weekly updates were informative and showed genuine concern. All questions were answered in a timely manner and all suspense's were met or exceeded. This was our first home building experience and Cary made it pleasurable. I would have to say the only hiccup was the sometimes slow communications with the finance/lending department, but John Finnin came through with an awesome mortgage rate and closing was fast and easy. The initial, mid and final walkthroughs were much needed and the GC was very pleasant to work with (John and Neil). They were both very accommodating in support of some changes. All in all, our purchase experience has been wonderful.
